This interdisciplinary event brought together students and graduates in design, fine art, music, dance, theatre and new media to showcase new talent in these fields. Hoffman's fairytale "The Master Flea" was taken as the basis by artistic director and choreographer Sasha Pepelyaev to create a chaotic surreal cycle of music, dance, visuals and experimental performance.
Gamaheh Valem was held on a single Saturday and cycled through a performance schedule so that after 6 hours, the entire performance had been presented numerous times giving audiences the opportunity to see different aspects of the cycle in different parts of the building at any single moment.
My role was to work along side Pepelyaev as a producer for the students from the Estonian Academy of Arts to transform numerous rooms in the venue building using the Master Flea story as a framework for the students to showcase their work.
